Dudley Sutton was an English actor. Famous for playing Tinker Dill in the UK TV series Lovejoy. 1986 and 1991 to 1994.
His father was Irish, a slot machine manufacturer and at one time dealt in second hand cars.
He has two brothers.
He was married four times, and is survived by three children, two sons and one daughter.
He married American actress Marjorie Steele in 1961; she was previously married to millionaire producer Huntington Hartford. Sutton and Steele had one child together, a daughter but divorced in 1965.
