Elizabeth Symmonds married William Watkins on 1 October 1820 in Newland, Gloucestershire, England.[1] [2] Witnesses to the marriage were James Harper and Mary Harper.
Their daughter, Emma Watkins, was born before 1839 and was christened on 10 March 1839 at St Mary the Virgin in Monmouth, Monmouthshire, Wales. According to Emma's birth record, her mother's maiden name was Symmonds. [3]
In the 1841 census Elizabeth (age 40) was living in Chippenham Gate, Monmouth, Monmouthshire, Wales.[4]
