She married Edward Hatferly Ramsey on 25 April 1839 in Knox, Ohio.[3]After his death, she married James F. Halferty on 17 February 1853 in Richland, Ohio.[4]
They had a combined family of seven or eight children and moved from Ohio to Iowa about 1853. They had another 4 children born before a divorce about 1862.[5]
She passed away on 22 December 1888 at Richland, Keokuk, Iowa.
She was buried in the Old Methodist Cemetery, Keokuk, Iowa.[6]
