Original, typed biographic sketch by my 2nd great grandfather, Thomas Thomson Taylor (1836-1908) confirming dates for; birth, death, marriage of his ancestors and descendants. Thomas was a Brigadier General in the 47 Ohio Infantry during the Civil War and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery. After the Civil War, Thomas resumed his practice as a Lawyer. This biography has information related to his family that dates back to the first colonists to America, summaries of ancestors that participated in the American Revolution, War of 1812, Indian Conflicts, Civil War and the Spanish-American War. The date this biography was written is unclear; however since it was typed, it was after 1868 and before his death in 1908. Dates mentioned in the sketch of living relatives suggests that it was written after the Spanish/American War in 1898.
