Bishop Barnett Thoroughgood was an American Pentecostal Holiness pastor and religious leader in the Church of God in Christ. He was the founder of New Jerusalem, Church of God in Christ in Virginia Beach, Virginia. ^[1]

Barnett Thoroughgood was born in 1949. He was the son of John Thoroughgood and Mildred Cooper.
