Government Gazette of the State of New South Wales (Sydney, NSW : 1901 - 2001), p. 348. http://nla.gov.au/nla.news-article220129644 IN the Supreme Court of New South Wales.—Notice of intended distribution of estate.—Any person having any claim upon the estate of JOSEPH HARRY TONKING, late of Batlow, retired grazier, who died on 12th August, 1977,must send particulars of his claim to the executrix, Margaret Helen Tonking, at care of Hardings, Solicitors, 62 Fitzroy Street,Tumut 2720, or their agents,Hardings, Solicitors, 4 Bridge Street, Sydney 2000, on or before 24th March, 1978. The executrix will distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which at that date she has notice. Probate was granted in New South Wales on 16th December, 1977
