Herbert was born in 1901. He is the son of Carroll Treco and Georgiana Cartwright.[1]

His first marriage was to Margaret "Maggie" Cartwright.

Herbert Milton Treco, widower, and Maude Angelino Adderley married on 13 Apr 1955 in St Matthew's Church in The Colony, Nassau, Bahamas.[2]
