Andrew B. Treece was born on October 2, 1836^[1] in Ohio.^[2] He was the son of Jacob Treece and Martha Bail. ^[3][4]

Andrew served in the 32nd Missouri Infantry during the Civil War.^[5] He was invalided and received a pension.^[6]

He never married and was an attorney in White Pine, Nevada.^[2]

Andy died on September 9, 1901^[1] and is buried in Ely City Cemetery, Ely (White Pine County), Nevada.^[5]
