Biography

Phoebe Turner Sisco was born in North Carolina in 10 July 1795. Her family moved to Warren County, KY. to Hickman County, TN., now Perry County, TN. on Cane Creek. She married A. J. Sisco and had several children. Her two brothers were Samuel and John Turner. She died 1 August 1855 on Cane Creek, Perry county, TN.

Tabor January 20, 1801 in Warren Co., KY; born 1787. iii. John B. Turner, born 1786; died Abt. 1837 in Perry County, Tennessee; married (1) Isabel "Ebby" Bishop September 06, 1805 in Barren, KY; died Abt. 1825 in Franklin County, AR; married (2) Elizabeth Miriam "Betsy" Russell Abt. 1827 in Perry County, Tennessee; died 1880. iv. Samuel Turner, born Bef. 1795. 51 v. Phoebe Ann Turner, born July 10, 1795 in North Carolina; died August 1855 in Cane Creek, Hickman County, Tennessee; married John Andrew (Francisco) Sisco, Sr. Abt. 1815 in NC.
