Mary (Turney) Seeley immigrated to New England as a child during the Puritan Great Migration (1621-1640).
Mary (Turney) Seeley[1] was born on 18 Sep 1631 in Hollingdon, Soulbury, Buckinghamshire, England, daughter of Benjamin Turney (1605 - 1648) and Mary (Odell) Middlebrook (<1605 - ~1659). Mary was baptized 1 May 1629 or 16 Sept 1631[2] in Hollingdon, Soulbury, Buckinghamshire, England.
↑Daniels: Robert's son Nathaniel Seeley, baptized in London on 1 May 1629, married Mary Turney in October 1649. There seems to be no record of the marriage, and it isn't certain where it took place. (The Turneys were then living in Fairfield, CT, and the Seeleys were in New Haven.) However, according to New Haven records, Mary testified on 7 June 1650 that they had been married for eight months.; p. 24
