Biography

Alfredas Jonas Tiškevičius was a Lithuanian nobleman and Count of Lelija. On May 8, 1861, the Russian emperor reaffirmed the title of count to the family. He was also a diplomat of the Russian Empire and the Republic of Lithuania.
