Lulu (Walker) Parsons was an Ohioan.

Lulu May (Walker) Parsons was born on 19 Dec 1903 in Ohio, United States, daughter of Charles M Walker (1875 - 1927) and Evah Lena (Howell) Walker (1878 - 1932).

Marriage and Family Lulu married William Henry Parsons (1891 - 1962) on 28 Nov 1922 in Hamilton, Ohio. They were first cousins. Lulu was the daughter of Evah (Howell) Walker and William was the son of Eliza (Howell) Parsons. Eliza and Evah were sisters. On the marriage certificate, they actually listed Eliza (Howell) Parsons as Eliza Smith. This could have been done to keep the county court from discovering that William and Lulu were first cousins. On the marriage application, it does state that they cannot be nearer kin than second cousin. [1]
