Biography
When Wynoma Oin Walkingstick was born on September 22, 1918, in Oklahoma, her father, Lewis, was 36, and her mother, Mamie, was 23. She had one son with Milton Cornell Peters in 1943. She died on June 23, 2011, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, at the age of 92, and was buried there.

Wynoma O. (Walkingstick) Peters was born September 22, 1918 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Lewis Walkingstick and Mamie Moore Walkingstick. She was married to Milton C. Peters. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Peters was a homemaker, seamstress and of the baptist faith. She passed this life on June 23, 2011 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 92 years, 9 months and 1 day.
Survivors are brother and sister in law; step granddaughter; niece; nephew; and several other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one son Albert Lewis Peters and two sisters Mary Jane and Martha Walkingstick.
