I just adopted this. I am researching it compared to Walter-3299. A lot of similarities but a lot of differences too. The Walter family often has several members with the same names and are often conflated erroneously.
These are the two Social Security Death Records for the two profiles.
Howard Walter-3304 was born 12 August 1896, received Social Security number (indicating New York) and, Death Master File says, died November 1983 [7]
