Walter was born in 1885. He was the son of George Watt and Elizabeth Bolton. He passed away in 1957.

Balmain Observer and Western Suburbs Advertiser (NSW : 1884 - 1907) Saturday 22 October 1904 p 3 Article ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO ROB.. Walter Watt, 19, laborer, was charged with unlawfully assaulting Sing Tin on the 13th Oct. with intent to rob him of 15/-.
