David was born in 1839 in Twerton, Somerset. He was the son of John Webb and Harriet Gray. He was baptised on the 14th July 1839 at St Michael and All Angels, Twerton.

He passed away on the 17th November 1839 at the age of four months and is buried in St Michael and All Angels Churchyard, Twerton.
