It also looks as though this profile is a duplicate of https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Webb-655 and once the difference in parents is resolved they should be merged. There is a full transcription of his will here https://huskey-ogle-family.tripod.com/ancestorarchives/id39.html
Hi Jackie, the source you have added to this profile is not appropriate for a pre-1700 profile. Please read https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Pre-1700_Profiles , especially the section on citing reliable sources which states that a family tree on Geni, Ancestry etc is not sufficient for profiles in this time period.
Original Profile was established when I was a newbie and I have since been trying to bolster the profile with sources. IF the intent here is to collaborate, then please work with me here to bolster these sources to a more "appropriate" level. Thank you!

Sure, I had a bit of a look on Ancestry and found the will of a "Merry Webb" of Camden in the county of Pittsylvania, Virginia. Reading the will which is dated 6 Feb 1774, it appears that Merry Webb was married to an Elizabeth. He mentioned Merry, John, Jane and Lucy Webb, presumably his children, and another daughter Mary Burns. He mentioned another son Martin Webb, who he cut off with only a shilling! He had another daughter Martha Dillon and another, Million(?) Hall; also a daughter Elizabeth Sam..(?) He left his children negros, so this profile should have the slave owner category added. Wills are a great source of information and profiles are less likely to be confused or misrepresented if the information is included in the bio. There is no indication in his will that he had a son James or William or James William; so maybe that is something that needs more research. Cheers, Elizabeth ;-)
