Andrew Weldon lived in Dorchester and was for many years Registrar of Deeds for the County of Westmorland. He was also a Coroner of the County. He was quite inclined to business speculation. He married Martha Wilson in 1822 and their children were William John, Martha Ann, Benjamin Wilson, Mary Elizabeth, Fannie L., Emma, James, and Charles.
