Jane Wightman, born about 1744, probably in Stonington, Connecticut; died 27 May 1825 in Manchester, Vermont, aged eighty; married Deacon James Vaughn, born about 1741 in East Greenwich, Rhode Island; died 21 July 1819 in Manchester, Vermont, son of David and Dinah Vaughn. The graves of both are in the old part of the village cemetery at Manchester Center.[1]
