Jurusha (Wild) Joy was born in Massachusetts.

Jerusha, the daughter of Micah Wild and Deborah Hollis was born on 9 April 1775 at Braintree, Massachusetts.^[1]

Marriage and Children

Jerusha married David Joy, the son of David and Margaret (Torrey) Joy on 26 December 1792 at Braintree, Massachusetts.^[2] They were the parents of thirteen children.

Death and Burial

Jerusha (Wild) Joy died on 3 July 1859 at 84 years, 2 months and 24 days at Weymouth.^[3]She is buried in the Highland Cemetery at Weymouth, Norfolk, Massachusetts.^[4]
