Mary Williams was born on 22 April 1847 in Woodhull, Steuben, New York, United States, daughter of Daniel Williams (1816–1894) and Mercy Charlotte Bartoo (1821–1912).
Mary died on 4 May 1895 in Troupsburg, Steuben, aged about 48. She was buried in Chenango Cemetery, Troupsburg, New York.
