1702 -- Ann died. 1 Feb 1703/4 -- Richard Woolard married Jane Richards.Performed by Mr. French. Richard Woolard's will was dated 22 Jan 1706/7 and he died a few day later on 4 Feb 1706/7.His original will is on file at the north Carolina Archives.He left his land to his sons John and Richard with a life estate to his widow Jane. Birth year, marriage to Jane and death year from "Old Albemarle Co., North Carolina, Perquimans Precinct 1659-1820" by Weynette P.
On 10 Nov 1721 John Wollard of Perquimans Precinct and wife Alce sold "100 acres which was given by Richard Wollard unto his son Richard and dying in his minority fell by inheritance unto the said John Wollard, the vendor, "Perquimans Deeds Book B, p 114. From rom theis deed we see that John has married Alce, his brother Richard has died in minority, he's still living in Perquimans Precinct and he signs with his mark.We also note that the deed is witnessed by a John Wollard ( John Wollard II).
