Mehitabel died intestate and on 3 June 1754, Blaney Phillips was granted the administration of her estate.[6]
Her inventory was taken in Duxbury and recorded in Plymouth.[7]
In 1755, an account of her estate was recorded which included debts, funeral costs, personal items sold below the appraised value, and for pasturing the cattle.[8]
