Sarah was born in 1856 to Robert Worthington and Catherine Caster.
Sarah married Henry May Stevens, becoming his second wife. In 1900, they were living in Taylor County, Texas.[1]
She passed away in 1908. Burial was in the Fort Phantom Hill Cemetery in Phantom Hill, Jones County, Texas.[2]
