Biography
Marie Elizabeth Yon was born and baptized on 14 Jul 1802 in Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire parish of Saint-Hyacinthe, Bas-Canada. Her parents were Jean-Baptiste Dion and Anne Ouellet.[1]
Marriage
Élizabeth Dion married Jean Baptiste Laporte, son of Jean Baptiste Laporte and the late Élizabeth Cadieux, on 24 Feb 1824 in Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire parish of Saint-Hyacinthe.[2]
Death and Burial
Élisabeth Dion passed away on 28 Aug 1826 being given the age of around 24 years on the record. Her burial was the 30th in Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire parish cemetery of Saint-Hyacinthe.[3]
