He was christened on the 2nd of November 1783 St John's Church, Jonestown, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
Marriage and Children
He married Margaret Ely in 1806. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 4 daughters. The sons were Jacob, Henry and John; and the daughters were Mrs. Monosmith, Mrs. Templin, and Margaret, the last named dying unmarried. http://familysearch.org/v1/LifeSketch
Death and Burial
He died on 21 February 1830, in his hometown, at the age of 46, and was buried in Saint Johns Cemetery, Shiremanstown, Cumberland, Pennsylvania, United States. [1]
