Biography
Bibiane Allain was born on 25 May 1836 in Bouctouche, New Brunswick, the daughter of Fidèle Allain and Appoline Collet.[1] Witnesses were George Collet and Perpétue Allain.
Bibianne married Hilaire Goguen on 18 Jun 1857 in Kent County, New Brunswick.[2] Their parents were not named in the marriage record. He was from the parish of Dundas and she was from the parish of Wellington. Their children were:

- Pierre Goguen (born 1 Mar 1860)
- Vincent Goguen (born 15 Feb 1862)
- Auguste Goguen (born 18 Aug 1863)
- Fabien Goguen (born 2 Mar 1866)
- Urbain Goguen (born 2 Mar 1866)
- François Goguen (born 11 Aug 1868)
- Maxime Goguen (born 2 Feb 1871)
- Marie Emma Goguen (born 2 Jun 1873)
- Marguerite Goguen (born 25 Mar 1876)
She died on 2 Apr 1877 and was buried two days later in Cocagne.[3] Her age noted in the parish register was 40 years.
