Polonie was born “about August 15, 1802”, and baptised by Antoine Bédard at Bouctouche on Aug 26, 1802. She was the daughter of Stanislas Collet et Françoise Cormier. Polonie married Fidèle Allain sometime before 1849 (birth of son Clement)
