Hi Billy,

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!

Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working with members of the projects which coordinate them is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.

Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one which best fits your research focus. Review the project pages for special guidelines and to learn how to collaborate with the project members.

Let me know if you have trouble finding projects which fit your focus. Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page.

Remember to cite reliable sources in pre-1700 profiles you manage, or edit. (See: Pre-1700 Reliable Sources).

Hey Butch, for future reference "Billy ", I'm really new at this, just retired and just looking for spare time activity when i got started, it's been exciting and interesting, it can also be very over whelming, I don't want to mess anybody's research or hard work up, but I have made a few changes/updates, most of my work have came from here, findagrave, and a couple more sites. Or inherited it from my dad. But i do have a book from my dad that a Ralph Biggerstaff worked on the American Biggerstaff worked on, it is a 2nd edition I think there was at least 3. It is loaded with 100's of pages going every where, and what i've found out he was very thorough , so thats where i came in, so any help i can get or give will be appreciated, like i said this is just a hobby to kill time, so thanks for reaching out. I honestly don't know why I did that, suffice it to say that it was early morning when I was working on greeting but I'll be sure to not make that mistake again. Enjoy your research and I'm sure you'll find others on here that are interested in what has been written down in the book you have.
