Blevins-2041 and Blevins-2039 are not ready to be merged because: Both Blevins-2041 & Blevins-2039 are the same person. Blevins-2039 is where Blevins-2041 should go.

PS To find better results from your Tags research, you may want to create new Tags for Blevins and Kohl and then delete the two Surname Tags. It would provide more information about what others are finding in their research on those actual names.
