I sincerely hope this will enable me to find other cousins and may be close relatives I may have but do not know about. I shall look forward to hearing from anyone who thinks they have a DNA match or a common ancestor in my family tree, and how we may be related.

Your GEDCOM file was definitely too big. It can't handle more than 5,000 entries. It is better to break up the GEDCOM into smaller manageable pieces as you will be comparing each one when bringing them in. Please read up on the GEDCOMpare process. The guide has tips on how to use the data in your file most efficiently.

I am here to answer any question you have, no matter how trivial you may think it is. There is no such thing as a silly question. Please add as much information as you can, it all helps to turn a “name” back into a person. I hope you enjoy the site as much as I do.
Happy tree climbing

Many thanks for your message.
I am unable to upload my family tree as I regret to say it is well over 5,000 individuals. However, when upgrading to a family member, I have provided the link to my Family Tree on Ancestry. Hope this works. My family tree is also on MyHeritage among some other websites too.
I also hope I have correctly provided the information on my DNA Test with MyHeritage. I have uploaded my test onto GEDmatch and could add this information if needed. If you need any further information to ensure there is a link with my DNA on my account with you, then please do let me know.
I shall be interested to see if there are any possible DNA matches on my father's side of the family, as I have got so far back and this hit a brick wall. On my mother's side, I have found quite a bit. Hence the size of my family tree.
If there is anything else you need from me or you think might be worth upgrading further etc, then please do let me know.
Kind regards
Trevor
