You show "Lnu" as the last name for eight of your profiles but I think you meant "Unknown." This typo will keep the profile from being searchable in Wikitree databases. "When profiles have the surname Unknown, they will show up in searches where a married name is searched, but there are profiles where the surname is not known. In other words, if you have "Elizabeth (Unknown) Martin," and you search for "Elizabeth Martin," profiles for Elizabeth Unknown are included in the search, whereas profiles for "Elizabeth LNU" are not." ...or, I might add, Proper last name. Could you please take a moment and correct the last name at birth to either Unknown or the correct name if you know it?
If you're not sure how to do this, just reply to this message. IMPORTANT – If you need help, please include the original profile numbers in your reply – I write lots of these letters!! Open your Watchlist box at the top of any profile you manage and type in Lnu and you will find the profiles that need fixing.
Thank you for helping to strengthen our collaborative tree.
