She was born about 1653 at Portsmouth, Rhode Island and her parents were Mary Borden and John Cooke (1630-1691).[1]
Elizabeth Cooke married about 1680 in Little Compton, Rhode Island to William Briggs. [2]
In 1691 the last Will of her father, John Cooke, bequeathed to "Elizabeth, wife of William Briggs, and her sisters ... £10 apiece". [3][4]
She passed away in August 1716 in Little Compton, Rhode Island. [5]
