Samuel P. Corbin was born about 1803 in South Carolina.^[1]

In 1850, he and his family were living in Crawford County, Georgia.^[1] After 1850, he and his family removed to Taylor County, Georgia.^[2]

He died after 1860.^[2]

Research Notes

• Samuel P. Corbin is listed as being born in 1803 in both the 1850 and 1860 UC Census. He therefore cannot be the son of Peter Corbin who died 1794 or 1795.
• Claimed children Samuel and Peter cannot be his children as they were born before him.
