Samuel Cushman was baptized on 27 March 1687 in the Plymouth Church, the son of Thomas Cushman Jr. and his wife Abigail Titus.[1]

Samuel died in Attleboro, MA on February 19, 1766 at the age of 79 years.

He married Fear Corser in Plympton, MA on December 8, 1709. She was born about 1685 and died in Attleboro, MA on December 2, 1767 at the age of 82 years.
