Rebecca Fowler was born circa 1698 in Flushing, Livingston, New York. Her parents were William Fowler born in 1660 and died 17 APR 1714 in Flushing, Queens, NY, and [[WikiTree ID|Mary Thorne] who was born in 1669 in Flushing, Long Island, New York and died after 1714.

According to Henry B. Hoff ^[1] she married Henry Symonds on November 22, 1716.^[2]
