It has been a couple of weeks since we contacted you about your participation in the France project and we are following up to make sure you wish to remain a member.
If you are planning to remain active, please click here to submit a short Member Interest Form to help us organize and coordinate collaboration.
If we do not hear back from you within the week, we will assume you have moved on to other things and remove you from the project. You will always be welcome to rejoin should your interests shift back in this direction.
As part of a revitalization effort for the France Project, we are checking-in with members to see if they are planning to remain active in the project and where their interests lie.
If you are planning to remain active, please click here to submit a short Member Interest Form to help us organize and coordinate collaboration.
If you have other obligations at the moment and would like to be removed from the project at this time, you will always be welcome to rejoin if you find yourself with more time and interest later.
We thank you for your contributions and hope that you are enjoying exploring your roots.
Please respond by commenting on my profile or sending a private message. I look forward to hearing from you.
I see that on June 24, you created a new profile for Catherine Rimlinger. This profile is a clear duplicate of Rimlinger-2 with the same husband. These profiles will need to be merged as there can be no mistake that they represent the same person.
The system should have shown the potential duplicate when you created the new Rimlinger-5, though. As always, please remember to check carefully for duplicates before creating a profile (especially pre-1700) . We have quite a lot of profiles in Alsace-Lorraine, so duplicates do happen.
Thank you
Isabelle
Just found out that you had commented on the old French Roots G2G thread. Unfortunately we no longer use this G2G (will close it). I suppose you've already visited the project page; if you're still looking for a project page, just drop me a note and I'll award it. Thanks!
Isabelle, French Roots project leader
You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. The New Member How-Tos are for you to work at your own pace. If you had a chance to review any of it, was it helpful?
If you have questions about how WikiTree works, I'm here to help. Just click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page. I'll get back to you by the end of the day.
Debi ~ WikiGreeter
PS If you get a "Page Not Found" error when you click the link, you can find a working version in the public comments on your profile.
Thank you for volunteering. You are now a full member of WikiTree.
Start with the New Member How-To Pages - they are really useful as you add profiles and learn your way around:
Let me know if you require assistance. I am happy to help. After adding my own family and ancestors I have found many cousins and distant ancestors here on WikiTree.

Adding the Tag French_Roots will help you get updates about activity for that project.
In case you might want to join another project here is the Pre-1700 Project List.
Do you have any questions? Let me know. I'm happy to help! :-)
