Bill - I think Jane Kirkpatrick Martin (Martin-33226) is the sister of William Hawthorn Kirkpatrick (Kirkpatrick-2554). I believe their parents are Andrew W. Kirkpatrick and Margaret Hathorn. I have posted information for distributions from the estate of Andrew, Margaret and her mother in his biography if you would like to review it. I am still working to find more information on Andrew and Margaret. If you agree I will add Jane as another sibling for WHK.

Thanks! Tammy

Welcome! We are glad you are here!  Please let Kitty Smith know if you are interested in joining our DNA Project or our FTDNA Project.

If you have not done so, set your Followed preferences to include DNA.

It's not hard to add DNA test information to profiles on WikiTree, just make sure you add the tests to the actual test participant's profile & set the Privacy to ‘private w/ public biography & family tree’ to show the tester's part of our tree. For help see  How to DNA on WikiTree

We also encourage you to join our Google+ Community for DNA discussions, questions & new information.

Hi again Bill,

You are a full member of WikiTree! Thanks for volunteering. How to start? Visit How to Use Wikitree for instructions. WikiTree members are always eager to help a fellow genealogist in our G2G Forum, and you can join in on the conversation with our Question of the Week: What's the most interesting news item you've found about one of your ancestors?" Once settled in, you can check Volunteers Needed page. It lists all the great ways to help out our collective effort. Adding more TAGS helps you and others researching the same surnames. Enjoy the experience, Bill D

Hi Bill,

Welcome to WikiTree. By now you should have received an email with helpful links to get you started on adding your family to ours. WikiTree is different because our goal is to have one profile per person and that means we share ancestors and work together as a BIG collaborative team! What brings you to WikiTree? Do you have research you’d like to share? Are you interested in how your family fits into the big tree? When you confirm your email address, you’ll be given an opportunity to volunteer to help document our collective family history. Use the Tags and comments to tell us about your genealogical interests. When you volunteer, one of our Greeters will be happy to confirm your membership. Enjoy the experience,

Bill D :-D
