Biography
Frances, maiden name not known ("Bushnell" not proven), was born about 1602 in England; she died 15 Feb 1675 in Hartford, Connecticut where she's buried.
She married about 1635 Thomas Hosmer and was the mother of his children.

Find A Grave Memorial# 11436082', Frances Bushnell [unproven Hosmer, Ancient Burying Ground, Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut; provides summaries said from "U.S., Sons of the American Revolution Membership Applications, 1889-1970"; "Family Data Collection - Marriages"; "Connecticut, Deaths and Burials Index, 1650-1934." Comments that "Frances Bushnell is NOT the daughter of Francis Bushnell," saying, "If you read all the documents associated with Francis Bushnell, Jr and Sr, no daughter Frances is ever listed. It appears to be a family story and not documented in any other way"; "grave site details as "wife of Thomas, age 73."

Once upon a time I had photocopies of Hosmer Heritage -- there was nothing about "Maynard." Frances was listed with no maiden name. I vote for removing fantasy parents.
