Research Notes

Looking through the Changes Log for Sarah Moore, the dates and locations have been changed numerous times. This profile has had multiple merges and has gotten conflated with Sarah (Moore) Lewis (1661-bef.1697) who was married to William Lewis IV (bef.1657-abt.1737). William also married the sister of Sarah, Phebe (Moore) Lewis (abt.1669-1725).

The only source attached to this profile is about a Sarah who 'probably' married 2 Winchell brothers, was different Moore family with a similar birthday, so she was unlinked from William Lewis IV (bef.1657-abt.1737), as well as the parents Isaac Moore (abt.1622-abt.1705) and Ruth (Stanley) Moore (abt.1626-1696).

Winchell Genealogy states that she probably married Thomas' 'brother' Benjamin for her 2nd husband, but they have different parents, so they were actually 'cousins' since their 'fathers' were brothers.

I think I have the Sarah Moore profiles straightened out. This Sarah Moore has 2 Winchell husbands and is connected as a daughter of Andrew Moore and Sarah Phelps.
Moore-17966 and Moore-819 do not represent the same person because: According to the only source for Moore-819 she was probably the widow of her second husband’s brother. There is no evidence given that she had been married to Willliam Lewis.

Moore-17966 and Moore-819 appear to represent the same person because: Same parents, spouse, and death. Problem with birth.
