Wikitree has an error for a bad link that needs to be removed: http://www.familyresearchnews.com/obannon/desc03.htm
Found this in my Dad's notes for Joseph (my 6th Great Grandfather). Joseph married his cousin, Ann Bohannan at age 23. He later married Mary Elliot at age 64. He lived in Prince William County in a part that later became Farquier County, Virginia. He operated an Ordinary, later known as Rockingham Farm.
This webpage has info. on Joseph. But, it lists his wives as Mary Barget & Mary Elliott & a son George. He is also listed as a Colonel. I will let you decided if it's your Joseph. https://geesnmore.wordpress.com/charles-gee-bridget-neville/neville-family/
