After Anna's death, he was married to the widow Mary Eula Heidt Shubtrine Nease. Their marriage license, dated 24 Nov 1840 in Effingham County, GA, says that they were married on 22 Oct 1840 by Joshua Gnann, J.P.[4] This is obviously an error.
Gottlieb married second, Mrs. Mary (Heidt) Shuptrine on November 20, 1840.[5] She died in June 1841.[5]

Nease-77 and Niess-85 appear to represent the same person because: Kenneth: Apologies again. I've re proposed this merge. From the sources we have, I think his name needs to be Niess at birth and then current name as Nease. If you'll approve the merge, I'll help with clean up. I've added 3 Georgia marriage records with different spellings to his marriage with Anna. I don't see any source at present where her name is Niedlinger, only Neidlinger. Her birth date is after the Ebenezer Record book dates. Thanks again!
Niess-85 and Nease-77 appear to represent the same person because: They are the same person. I didnt realize he already had a profile when I created one.
