No record of Deborah's birth, parentage, or marriage has yet been located. Further research is needed. Research Note: some believe that she was a Prescott, (or a Brazier,) but no convincing support has been for their assertions that the person they profile was the first wife of Ebenezer. Perhaps it was some other woman named Deborah. See profile Deborah _____ ? for research on other possibilities.
However, some aspects of her life can be inferred from other records.
Ebenezer Lealand had five children in Sherborn, children whose mother was recorded as Deborah:[1][2]
Based on those records, Ebenezer and Deborah were surely married, given the mores of the time, by 1679. Deborah must have been at least 16 by then, therefore born before 1664. And Deborah must have died before 1695, when her husband Ebenezer married his second wife.
Name
Research Note: There is some question regarding her LNAB being Prescott, and no clear evidence for it. A pair of personal sites have been found that use Prescott. As one of the managers of this profile, I would prefer using them with caution, rather than putting Deborah into a HUGE category of unknown LNABs. [1][2][4]

From profile for John Prescott: "Research note: John is thought by some to have married a Mary, perhaps Mary Haynes ,early enough to have a daughter Deborah by her in 1657. This seems unlikely. No record has yet been found of such a marriage. And Mary Haynes, widow of Josiah Howe, became John's wife much later, in 1710. More research needed. "
