Biography
John Rickard Sr. immigrated to New England as a child during the Puritan Great Migration (1621-1640).

Marriage
John Rickard married Hester Barnes in Plymouth, Massachusetts, on 31 October 1651.[2][3][1]
Their son, John Rickard, was born in Plymouth, Massachusetts on 24 November 1657.[4]
Death
John Rickard may have died before 12 February 1682, as he is identified in Vital Records of Plymouth as "John Rickard deceased" in the record of the birth of his granddaughter Mercy on that date .[5]
His inventory was taken on 4 July 1678 and exhibited at the court at Plymouth on 5 July 1678 on the oath of Hester Rickard.[6]
