Hi Leon, It looks like you may have some outstanding merges that need attention. You can find them by following the link at the top of this page under >My Wikitree>Watchlist, then hit the button that says Pending Merges. If you need help, just ask.

Thanks for helping with Wikitree

Hi, Leon

Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles! It’s very important to read and understand the Pre-1700 Profiles page. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.

Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile.

HI

MY MOTHERS SISTER WAS A cueroni she married my uncle CARLO from abruzzo i posted some posted cards from that area have you any family with that name?

Leon: Hello again, and many thanks for your prompt response/s (regarding "Maria Concetta Basile").

It looks like we are talking about two different people! Your "Maria Concetta Basile" seems to be [Basile-215] and was named as such by birth/baptism/christening/etc., about 1834 in Abruzzo provence; whereas my "Maria Concetta Basile" seems to be [Russo-192] and was named as such by marriage, about 1877, in Messina provence. I am now even more intrigued as to your connection to &/or interest in that person - i.e. [Russo-192]. Sorry to learn that you are 86 years old, as I am only 84 years young. :) ...but please stay well, stay safe. Best regards.....Phil (Grace-883).

Leon: Hello. Back in 2020 you added yourself as 'profile manager' to Basile-33. Are you please able to advise me of your connection to &/or interest in that person? Basile-33 is an ancestor of my son-in-law (whose tree I'm working on) and I would appreciate anY input/sourcing/etc. that you could please provide. This would be especially helpful, if you are able to assist, as I believe there are errors that have been introduced in an earlier 'gedcom upload' to WikiTree from Ancestry.

Hope you can help. Many thanks.....Phil (Grace-883)

Hi, Leon, you have some family members who have their locations entered in all lower case letters. However, Wikitree uses both Capital and lower case letters, so these profiles are creating warnings that someone needs to fix. Would you mind much going back to correct them? You can find your list using your suggestions list on the dropdown from your name on the upper right of your page. This would be so helpful!

Leon, Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!

Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within projects which coordinate them is needed.

Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one which best fits your ancestors, whether time period or location. Join if the project is a good fit.

Let me know if you have trouble finding projects which fit your focus. Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page.

It really helps WikiTreers visiting your page, if you post the locations for DOD, DOD and researched sources.

Hi there!

You may have been hard at work getting connected to family members who are already here and adding those who were missing. You probably have at least a few profiles that you manage now. There's a fast and easy way to access those profiles using the Watchlist. So, this week we're going to look at How to Manage Your Watchlist. Please let one of us know if you have questions!
