Spicer-42 and Jenkins-4713 appear to represent the same person because: There was no Michal Spicer, child of Thomas Spicer. This was a mistake perpetuated by gedcoms; no Michal or Michael Spicer existed besides Michal (Jenkins) Spencer. See comments on Thomas Spicer's profile.

Hi Greg, Do you have a source record for the marriage between Thomas Spicer and Michal Jenkins? I'm wondering if the Thomas Spicer (Spicer-46) listed as her husband may not really be the same one listed as the husband of Ann Grant (Grant-697).
