Noah was born in 1697. He is the son of Samuel Sprague and Ruth Alden.
The will of Noah Sprague of Rochester was dated 20 July 1773 and proved on 4 October 1773 in Plymouth. He mentions his wife Sarah, and his children, Alden Sprague (who had been gone more than 20 years), Samuel Sprague (executor), John Sprague, Alathea Spooner, Elizabeth Pitcher, and his daughter-in-law Mary Sprague, and his grandchildren, Peleg Sprague, Alden Sprague, Paul Sprague, Nathaniel Sprague, and Hannah Sprague (children of his son Noah Sprague, decd.).[1]
