Jeri J. Steele has been researching genealogy for over 30 years. She is known as a professional genealogical speaker, formerly on the board of Gentech and several genealogical societies. She is currently serving as a board member of Kentucky State Genealogical Society.[1] Jeri is past President (2006), VP, Treasurer, a former Database and IT Administrator of the Dallas Genealogical Society. Awards earned from DGS include: President’s Special Award (2016), Award of Merit (2009), and Volunteer of the Year (2008). [2] [3]

PS To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there.
