Frances Taylor was born about January 26, 1715/16 in St. James Parish, New Kent County, Virginia Colony, British America, the daughter of James Taylor and Elizabeth (UNKNOWN) Taylor. [1] She was the sister of Mary Taylor, William Taylor, George Taylor, Elizabeth Taylor and Susanna Taylor
Frances married William Stone, the son of John Stone and Mary (O'Brissell) Stone, about 1736 in New Kent County, Virginia Colony, British America. Their first recorded daughter, Elizabeth Stone, was born 18 May 1737 in St. Peter's Parish, New Kent County, Virginia Colony.[2]
