Barton-2429 and Welburn-22 do not represent the same person because: Is name Joan Elizabeth Barton or Welburn? Or is it Elizabeth Betty Welburn? Need to know correct name before merging.

Barton-2429 and Welburn-22 appear to represent the same person because: I believe this is the same person based on birth year, place of birth, husband and year married to husband all exactly the same. Name is slightly different but I don't see any compelling sources to suggest one name over another.
Welburn-22 also seems to be a duplicate

Elizabeth-1146 and Welburn-22 appear to represent the same person because: Same spouse, child(ren). Betty perhaps short for Elizabeth?

Maiden name (Name at birth) should be "unknown". Smith is her married name.
